Study Room Reservations

From October 1 to January 31 study rooms may not be booked and use is reserved for residency interviews.

The Ruth Lilly Medical Library has 8 study rooms on the second floor. It is the responsibility of the room users to make reservations in advance to ensure 1st priority. Please review our study room policies before booking. Faculty, staff and students at IU and IU School of Medicine can also reserve Room 303. Current room policies apply.

Study and Conference Room Policies:

  • Study rooms and conference rooms may be reserved in advance, but if the rooms are not in use or reserved, they are first-come first-serve.
  • Students should check into their room no later than 15 minutes of their reservation start time. Rooms that have not been checked-in will be released to allow others an opportunity to use the space.
  • Drinks must be in containers with lids.
  • Personal belongings should not be left unattended - they may be removed by building security if another group is wanting to use the room. Report unattended items to 317-274-7182.
  • Please leave the room in good order: refrain from moving furniture, place all trash in receptacles.
  • Students should report to the 1st floor Circulation Desk if any defect or damage is done to any room equipment.
  • Dry erase markers/erasers and other equipment options are available for checkout at the circulation desk.
  • Rooms may be reserved up to 60 days in advance.
Classrooms and Team-Based Learning rooms (224/225/226/227 and 317) are scheduled at 25LivePro.
